Note: I had problems with uploading these lectures  to WebCT because they were so large. I chose to upload them to YouTube and had problems with that because my files were longer than 10 minutes. You will therefore notice a few gaps in these because I had to re-record them while listening in one ear to the older lecture because I didn't write a script for any of these. Anyway, that is my apology if the lecture seem choppy.
